I've never known a more hands on, dedicated and caring realtor. I had 3 months to buy a house before my first child arrived and I would go in maternity leave leaving a gap in my income. She worked day and night helping me and working around my very busy schedule (super pregnant, working full time, finals in college it was a lot). When my fiancé and au were ready to give up she kept faith for all of us. Our last chance house we toured ended up being the one luckily and she sat in that driveway and put the offer in right then and there. There was a lot to do and work around for us to be able to get the house (including my fiance redoing the siding on the house hisself and Kaylan having to step into couples counseling dealing with the homeowners ex husband not wanting to cooperate with signing the correct documents) but she managed to work out every link and bump in the road and we were able to sign for our house a month after putting the offer in (also almost a month exactly before I had my baby) I recommend Kaylan to anybody that will listen she is absolutely outstanding!

I cannot recommend Kaylan and her team enough. My partner and I just purchased our first house. It can be a very overwhelming experience, but Kaylan guided us through everything. She’s like a superhero—she juggles so much and somehow makes it look effortless. She did a great job of breaking things down for us, and has a wide network of very capable people working with her. She was with us for the entire process and I never felt like she just wanted to sell us a house for the sake of a commission or rush us. She is so knowledgeable and makes what can be a very stressful (but exciting!) time feel under control and cared for. I would happily recommend her to anyone in my family or friend group and will reach out to her again should we need a realtor in the future. We ended up with a beautiful home that we love, and we are so grateful for her support!
